Office space for
wealth advisors
A room with a door for client conversations, somewhere worth bringing them, and a month-to-month term — across from Waterside Shops, minutes from where your clients live.

The address is part of the advice
Nobody discusses their estate in a coffee shop, and few people want to do it in a borrowed room in a building with forty companies in the lobby directory. What an advisory practice needs from a building is narrower than it looks: a door that closes, a room that is pleasant enough for a couple to sit in for an hour, somewhere their car is obviously safe, and a front desk that greets them by your firm's name rather than asking who they are here to see.
800 Seagate Drive does that geographically as much as architecturally. Park Shore, The Moorings, Coquina Sands and Pelican Bay are minutes away, which is to say a great many Naples clients are minutes away. Waterside Shops is across the street for lunch afterwards. The drive is short and it is west of the Trail, so it is short in February too.
Quiet is a specification, not an atmosphere
Seated membership here is capped deliberately — eight studies and twenty-two desks on one ground floor, and we would rather be full than crowded. For a practice whose conversations are confidential by default, the density of the floor outside your door is as material as the lock on it.
On compliance, plainly
We can tell you what the building is: a real, staffed street address at 800 Seagate Drive, Naples, FL 34103, with a front desk Monday to Friday, lockable rooms, and mail received and logged the same business day. We cannot tell you whether that satisfies your branch-office, custody or books-and-records obligations — that depends on your registration and your own policies. Bring it to your compliance officer before you file anything.
