How to choose in about a minute

You need an address, not a seat. Take The Address at $99. You get a real street address at a staffed building, mail in the app the same business day, and conference rooms at member rates when a client wants to meet. Add Florida registered agent service if you are filing a company here.

You come in two or three days a week. Take The Counter at $300. Any open seat, power everywhere, and nothing to carry home because you were not leaving anything anyway.

You work somewhere every day and want it to be yours. Take The Desk at $800. This is the one most solo professionals should take and the one most of them talk themselves out of. Your monitor stays set up, your files lock away, and the business address comes with it.

You have a team, or you cannot be overheard. Take The Study at $2,500. Eight rooms, glazed and lockable, four to six people, reserved parking, leased whole to one company. If your calls are confidential all day, this is the only honest answer.

What every one of them includes

High-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, the kitchen and coffee, the patio under the palms, a front desk staffed Monday to Friday, the member app for rooms and mail, and a month-to-month term with a month's notice. No setup fee on any membership, and no base rent with a column of extras beside it.

Questions

Choosing between them

What kinds of workspace can I rent in Naples, Florida?
Broadly four: coworking, where you take any open seat on the day you come in; a dedicated desk, which is one fixed desk that stays yours; a private office, which is an enclosed room for a team; and a virtual office, which is a business address with mail handling and no seat at all. At Seagate Works those are $300, $800, $2,500 and $99 a month respectively, all month-to-month.
Which workspace is cheapest?
A virtual office at $99 a month, but it gives you an address and mail handling rather than somewhere to sit. The cheapest way to actually have a place to work is coworking at $300 a month.
What is the difference between coworking and a dedicated desk?
Coworking is any open counter seat on the days you come in, with nothing left behind — $300 a month. A dedicated desk is one specific desk that is permanently yours, with a locking cabinet and a business address, so your monitor stays set up — $800 a month.
When is a private office worth the money?
When you have a team of three or more, when your calls are confidential enough that booking a room each time becomes friction, or when clients come to you often and you want them received into your own space. Below that, a dedicated desk plus conference-room credits covers it for $1,700 a month less.
Do I need a workspace at all if I just need an address?
No. If you work from home or from the car and only need a credible business address, mail received and somewhere to meet clients occasionally, The Address at $99 a month plus conference rooms at member rates is the whole answer.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes. Everything is month-to-month and moving between memberships is handled at the front desk with no fee. Most people start one step below where they end up.
