Why the corner matters more than the square footage

Seagate Drive is the short road that connects US-41 to Gulf Shore Boulevard, and 800 sits on it just west of the Trail. That single fact decides most of what daily life here feels like. You turn off before the traffic rather than into it. Lunch is across the street. A client who wants to meet somewhere other than a conference room has Waterside's restaurants a walk away, and Artis—Naples is alongside it for the evening.

It also decides who your neighbours are. Park Shore, The Moorings, Coquina Sands and Seagate are minutes away, which is where a great many of Naples' designers, advisors, attorneys and brokers already live. The commute, for most of our members, is shorter than the walk through a parking structure downtown.

Every study comes with reserved spaces and there is guest parking on site, so a client arriving for a two o'clock does not circle. Seated membership is capped deliberately, and that cap exists as much for the lot as for the noise. It is the difference between an office you are glad to drive to in February and one you aren't.

Is there office space near Waterside Shops?
Yes. Seagate Works is across the street from Waterside Shops, which makes it one of the few workspaces in Naples where lunch, a coffee meeting and a client dinner are all a walk away rather than a drive.
Which Naples neighborhoods is it convenient to?
Park Shore, The Moorings, Coquina Sands and Seagate are all within a few minutes, and Pelican Bay, Old Naples and Aqualane Shores are a short drive. Being west of US-41 means most members avoid the Tamiami Trail entirely on the way in.
Is there parking?
Yes. Each private study comes with reserved parking spaces, and there is guest parking on site for visitors and clients. Seated membership is capped on purpose so the lot does not fill.
How far is it from downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South?
A short drive south on US-41 or down Gulf Shore Boulevard — generally under fifteen minutes outside season. Naples Municipal Airport is a similar distance to the southeast.
