A month at a time, for people who can't predict the year

Naples businesses move with the season and with the work. A practice takes on a case that doubles it for eight months. A design studio wins a project on Gordon Drive and needs a room to lay drawings out in. An advisor moves down from the north and wants an address here before deciding where the family lands. None of those are five-year decisions, and none of them should be billed as one.

Everything here is month-to-month with a month's notice. That is not a concession we make reluctantly — it is the product. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to the next forty-eight.

What a month includes

One figure. Furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, a staffed front desk Monday to Friday, mail and packages received and logged, conference rooms by the hour, the kitchen, the patio, and reserved parking if you have taken a study. There is no base rent with a column of operating expenses beside it.

A whole room

A glazed, lockable study for four to six, one company to a room. $2,500 a month.

One desk

A fixed desk with a locking cabinet and a business address. $800 a month.

Can I rent an office in Naples month-to-month?
Yes. Every membership at Seagate Works is month-to-month: a private office for four to six at $2,500, a dedicated desk at $800, coworking at $300, or a virtual business address at $99. Notice is one month, and there is no setup fee.
How much is a monthly office in Naples, Florida?
A whole private office is $2,500 a month. A dedicated desk — a fixed, permanent place to work without walls — is $800. Both include furniture, Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, mail handling and conference-room access in the one figure.
Is there a security deposit?
A deposit may apply to a private study, which is confirmed when the room is assigned. There is no setup fee or administration charge on any membership.
What is the notice period?
One month. Give notice and the membership ends at the close of the following month — no termination penalty and no obligation to find a replacement tenant, which is what a commercial sublease would ask of you.
Why would I rent monthly instead of signing a lease?
Because a three-to-five-year Naples lease commits you to a headcount you cannot predict, and because the headline rate is not the real cost once build-out, furniture, cabling, cleaning and utilities are counted. Monthly costs more per square foot and less in total for a small team, and it lets you be wrong about your growth without paying for it for four more years.
Can I start with a desk and move into an office later?
Yes, and most people should. Take a desk at $800, see how the room works for you, and move into a study when the team needs the door. Moving between memberships is handled at the front desk with no fee.
